Caterina Rando is a sought after speaker, business success coach and author of the national best selling book Learn to Power Think from Chronicle Books. As an award-winning professional speaker, trainer and facilitator, Caterina has designed and delivered a variety of customized programs for businesses, educational organizations and associations in the United States
and abroad.

Caterina has written hundreds of articles for a variety of publications and has made several media appearances, including NBC News, Moscow television and Romanian radio. Caterina is a member of the National Speakers Association, the Direct Selling Association, the Direct Selling Women’s Alliance and an emeritus member of the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, and Heald Business College’s Advisory Committee.

Caterina holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and a Master of Arts in Life Transitions Counseling Psychology. She is a Certified Personal and Professional Coach (CPPC) and a Master Certified Coach (MCC), the highest designation awarded by the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, Caterina is affiliated with Qmetrics to deliver programs on Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace and use the EQ assessment tool.
